The Lagos Festival Of Projects Commissioning, A Breakthrough For The Lagos Real Estate Sector

These amazing developments were commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari on the 23rd & 24th of January 2023.

Consisting of various Calibars of Projects Positioned for the inauguration of the country were as follows:

•Lekki deep-sea port: A money well spent! Valued at an estimated amount of 1.5 billion dollars, This project is Currently known as the commercial vessel and is set to generate approximately 112,000 job opportunities for citizens, as well as lead to massive development in Lagos state and the country at large.

This project is at a distance of 18.75 kilometers, a six-lane rigid-pavement Eleko junction to Epe Expressway.

•The 32-metric tons per hour Lagos Rice Mill: The world’s 3rd largest Rice Mill, laying on a 22-hectare facility, with the rice mill taking 8.5 hectares. As of 2019, Nigeria ranked as the 14th largest producer of rice contributing to over 55%(8,140,000) of the million tonnes. After the commissioning of this project over 200,000 Nigerians in iota will be benefitting from job opportunities.

•The John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History: The Self Actualization for the Yorubas has taken another turn in play, through the establishment and commissioning of this great establishment. Revealing to our younger ones the life of the Yorubas and how it originated.

•The Iconic Blue Lagos Blue Line Rail Project: This is a newly commissioned 1,000 Capacity Lagos blue rail mass transit one of its unique features is solely powered by electricity and has an inbuilt power plant, this rail train is about 27 kilometers long and moving at 13 kilometers from marina to mile 2. Bringing great impact to the transportation sector, with aim of serving pleasant comfort and exquisite views

•MRS Lubricant Factory, A Private Sector Project In Apapa: This Newly commissioned project is situated at Tican Island Port Road Apapa state. This is the largest lubricant company, not just in Nigeria alone as well as the sub-Saharan Africa region. This project can produce 200 million liters of lubricants, Positively Affecting the Nigerian economy.
